This explains what Kairos keeps when you book a session or buy a package here, and what you can do about it.

What we keep

Your name, email address, and phone number if you give it; the time zone you booked in; your answers to the booking questions and anything you write in the notes; your bookings, packages and payments; and, if you sign an agreement, the wording you accepted and the name you signed with. Your coach may keep notes about your sessions.

Why

To arrange and hold your sessions, send you confirmations and reminders, take payment, and keep the records a business has to keep. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. Visits to booking pages are counted without cookies and without recording who you are.

Who else handles it

• Google, whose calendar holds the coach's copy of each session.
• Stripe, which takes payments. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us.
• our email provider, which sends confirmations and reminders.
• an AI provider, which helps with the booking assistant and with preparing for sessions.

How long

Personal details are kept while you're a client. Payment records are kept, without your details where possible, for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can see your sessions, download a copy of your data and delete it yourself at your account page. For anything else, including a full copy with your coach’s notes, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
